This is the target-adapted I-B/En08-B transport mechanism IB,En08B. It does not assert exact null attainment in every direction of a previously fixed lattice. The SWAP permission is a declared finite-operation permission, not a derived microscopic Hamiltonian.
The route preserves existing correlations. No entanglement is attributed to a gravitational mediator, and no continuum coefficient is transported.
