A relational scalar built from Cauchy-prescribed harmonic coordinates is a classical object before it is a quantum insertion. The IX track admitted the sharp zero-Cauchy insertion to a boundary-sensitive carrier; VII-B excluded the same insertion from an off-shell microcausal polynomial domain. Neither manuscript constructed a regulated classical coordinate problem, and neither proved covariance of such a problem. That identity has to be proved, or obstructed, here.
X-A therefore opens a new classical line. One switched classical prescription, one explicit regulator, one Cauchy prescription, and one plateau-supported gauge algebra are frozen in Section sec:sheet. The relational scalar is expanded through , and its gauge covariance, including regulator and Cauchy data, is decided on the frozen algebra.
