Evidence contract

The input is the full text of X-B-v3.tex XB. The classical premises that X-B copies from X-A.tex XA are used only as X-B states them. The retrieval summary that motivated the four items is documentary context, not evidence. XII-B.tex, which concerns the ramped cubic Einstein source on a different track, is not an input and no statement of it is used. Standard references are used only for standard facts: Green operators and spatially compact solutions BGP, wavefront calculus Hormander, the Hadamard wavefront set Radzikowski, and the terminology of time-ordered and retarded products FR,DF,BF.
