The analytical source is Cheung's X-D, version 3, Convergence of the completed ramp relational scalar as the regulator width tends to zero XD. The predecessor presentation is supplied by X-A-ST, X-B-ST, and X-C-ST XAST,XBST,XCST. The present manuscript states the data needed for the limit and proves its layer, propagation, transmission, and topology assertions. The parent limit theorem is not assumed as a premise.

The contribution is not a new priority claim for the parent limit. It is a supported realization of that result with explicit completion-normal data, preserved counting, and narrowly stated operational consequences.
