The symbols in the next assumption belong to VII-C: ${\mathcal{P}}_{\mathrm{mc}}$ is its multiplet polynomial domain, $\mathcal{A}$ its proposed extension, $b_f$ its degree-$(1,1)$ sharp kernel, and $B_{f,\epsilon }$ its compact-mollified sharp insertion. They are not X-D objects.
