Three endings are available:

  1. Constructed. Explicit limiting tests exist in a named topology and identify the limiting prescription.

  2. Proved obstructed. For fixed input a named seminorm diverges, or the proposed representative limit leaves the declared test space.

  3. Unresolved. The topology, boundary-layer estimate, propagation, or identification is unfinished.

The ending reached is (1).

The question is formal in . It concerns convergence of coefficient tests, not convergence of a numerical perturbation series. A crude upper bound is not a divergence theorem. The moving edge witness is not fixed input. Neither argument is used to decide the limit.
