The release consists of:

1. the inherited supported host;

2. named action identities and response kernels with proved normalization, support, and transformation laws;

3. a finite installed dictionary of supplied evaluations;

4. a complete destructive-clock instrument, including untouched references;

5. scheduled locality and a nonempty regular reference-preserving route under declared finite operational permissions.

It does not include Grade E, metric emergence, or Einstein dynamics derived from records.
