Proposed companion integration contract

This appendix records the requested integration path, not executed changes. The source remains proposed.

A repository maintainer may:

1. install this file as /manuscripts/X-E-ST.tex;

2. add the corresponding import and file-list entry to .server.ts;

3. add in .ts, with the actual file version and hash, and the routing note below;

4. add bearings and boundary text to -problems.ts;

5. add separation edges in .ts to X-E, X-C-ST, X-D-ST, I-B, and VII-C, without identifying their domains;

6. add the scoped emergence section and the unconstructed successor obligations in .ts;

7. run the repository's actual source, reference, metadata, connection, and proposal tests, and record their real results.

routing note. X-E-ST is a local Grade S supported realization of a fixed-width action and one scalar-sourced retarded tree on the inherited conical host and declared flat completion.
