This is an emptiness result for specified-input fibres. The union of all fibres is not declared empty: $h=k={\varphi }_0={\varphi }_1={\varphi }_2=0$ is an immediate compatible example. No impossibility theorem for an unswitched Einstein–scalar theory follows.
