We place Cheung's X-Enter readout-closure problem on the unchanged supported I-B/X-A-ST conical host. The analytical coefficient remains the fixed-width convolution gap inherited from X-A–Convolution; it is not replaced by the ramp prescription. Its positive charge generates the coefficient orbit , whose image is the entire real input domain.

For an arbitrary encoding and an arbitrary declared complete output map, exact constancy on this orbit forces independence from the scalar input. The conclusion concerns the composite readout on the encoded family, not constancy of the instrument on unrelated states. For the retained qubit amplitude encoding, we give the selective-map criterion, the explicit total-variation gap, and the second-order test missed by a vanishing first derivative. We also state a quantitative approximate-orbit version and retain the exact bounded-segment tolerance–visibility trade-off.

The positive operational construction is a finite dictionary of supplied evaluations and status certificates, equipped with a complete destructive-clock instrument. Its output contains the classical code and every unmeasured finite residual, and its channel identities hold with untouched references. Scheduled locality and a nonempty regular SWAP route attach this interface to the prescribed host without identifying transport with gravity-generated entanglement.

An independently charged second coefficient would permit a conditional relational readout. We prove its two-qubit CNOT–Hadamard instrument, including the retained failure outcome and the necessity of respecting the declared coarse-record boundary. That coefficient and its whole-algebra charge matching are not supplied here.

The contribution is a supported, complete-interface audit of negative closure: changing readout cannot repair a transitive scalar gauge orbit, and implementing a supplied report does not acquire the continuum coefficient. The parent obstruction and readout mechanisms are attributed to X-Enter. No convolution repair, field-to-qubit preparation, interacting differential, characteristic quantum coefficient, or spacetime-emergence theorem is constructed. The release is local Grade S.
