A nonempty regular SWAP route

This is the target-adapted finite SWAP mechanism of I-B and En08-B IB,En08B. It is not an assertion of exact null attainment on an arbitrary previously fixed lattice. The tick-boundary SWAP is a declared permission, not a microscopic gravitational Hamiltonian.

Reference preservation does not assert gravity-generated entanglement. It preserves whatever correlations were supplied at the input.
