The parent negative closure and readout mechanisms are Cheung's X-Enter results XEnter. The orbit proof is elementary; its usefulness lies in exposing an invalid upgrade, not in claiming a new general measurement principle.

The supported transfer supplies an explicit common ledger for:

The mathematical obstruction survives every declared readout choice because the scalar orbit is already transitive. The operational construction is positive without pretending to remove that obstruction.

Two practical audits are particularly important: a constant reported bit can conceal a varying returned quantum residual, and a finite task table can disclose installed data without acquiring the continuum quantity used to describe those data. The manuscript makes both tests explicit.
