Complete destructive clock

This is the I-B/En09-A pattern, proved on the present finite interface IB,En09. Conditional reference steering is compatible with the unchanged unconditional reference marginal. A positive branch is normalized by its own probability; a zero branch is not assigned a normalized state.
If distinct calibrated labels must equal the time of one fixed readout event on every positive branch, only one label can occur. A nontrivial history-label readout uses a separate calibration map. Neither operation consumes the geometric time axis. The complete extraction identity alone also does not imply relational unitary dynamics; additional clock covariance and stationarity hypotheses would be needed.
