An explicit report encoding and its error

Finite supplied evaluations and the complete Enter interface › An explicit report encoding and its error · lines 2320–2330

Normalize finitely many supplied reports to $v_{j} \in [- 1, 1]$ , using one installed scale. For $y \in {- 1, 1}$ , set

p_{y} (v) = \frac{1 + y v}{2}, I_{v} (X) = j, y \sum ∣ j, y ⟩ ⟨ j, y ∣_{R} \otimes p_{y} (v_{j}) D_{j} X D_{j}^{†} .
