An evaluated leading coefficient

This is a necessary-condition argument, not the construction or evaluation of a quantum BV operator. It does not establish that a particular observable's one-loop Ward coefficient is nonzero.

For a compact ghost coefficient supported where $g=1$, both terms in the first integral of (eq:breaking) vanish. Restricted plateau symmetry and unrestricted breaking are compatible.
