The originally requested unconditional one-loop background completion reaches Unresolved on the supplied prescription. Calling it constructed would require either:

  1. a non-variational quantum prescription with all its operations and identities proved; or

  2. a newly declared variational sheet, including its classical ramp corrections and the full nonlocal quantum transport construction.

Neither is silently inserted into X-G.

A missing operation is recorded as missing. An explicit classical incompatibility is recorded as an obstruction. A failed sufficient microlocal criterion is recorded as neither.
