The encoding-independent orbit statement
Selectivity, orbit bounds, and non-acquisition › The encoding-independent orbit statement · lines 1591–1608
This argument requires neither a qubit encoding nor informational completeness. It is the elementary transitive-orbit mechanism used in the predecessor XEnterST.
The earlier convolution coefficient has its own whole-orbit contract. The local scalar flows in Theorem thm:localmatching are not substituted for that contract. A bounded comparison interval does not become a full real gauge orbit merely by being called an orbit.
The positive amplitude gap detects dependence on a charged coefficient. It does not make that dependence gauge invariant.
