This is the target-adapted I-B/En08-B route IB,En08B. The SWAP permission is stroboscopic finite control, not a derived microscopic relativistic Hamiltonian. No exact-attainment theorem on an arbitrary previously fixed lattice is asserted.
The route preserves existing correlations; it does not establish gravity-generated entanglement.
