Back to manuscript

The retained laboratory supplies a declared spatial and time reserve, permitted port operations, and capacities for simultaneously occupied laboratory qubits and for classical storage.

A finite protocol fits when:

  1. all its ports and certified paths lie in the retained regular reserve;

  2. all operations, waits, preparation accesses, and communication durations lie in the supplied time window;

  3. its cut-by-cut occupancy and storage counts obey the retained capacities;

  4. its gates, allocations, releases, and communication maps are among the declared permissions;

  5. every control record reaches its control port before use.

If a capacity is not specified numerically in the retained instance, the certificate states the required inequality rather than asserting that it has passed.
