A new clock name may be correlated with other live systems through an explicitly specified joint preparation or encoder. Alternatively, a supplier may install several mutually correlated clock factors at the initial cut.
What is forbidden is an unspecified assignment of a joint extension from a reduced state, or access to a supplier or reference not present in the declared interface.
