The composition law does not imply relational dynamics
External time and Problem 8 › The composition law does not imply relational dynamics · lines 1677–1692
The identity (eq:typedcomposition) concerns external operational cuts. It does not prove that clock-conditioned matter states obey a common Schrödinger evolution.
The single-clock covariance interpretation in En09-A requires its preparation stationarity and clock-basis covariance hypotheses En09. Repeating a channel does not impose those hypotheses on subsequent prepared clocks or on their joint reference extensions.
There is also no finite canonical time commutator.
