Novelty and potential impact

The general instrument and finite-channel results are established mathematics. The scoped advance is a single auditable package tying their exact finite semantics to consumed names, causal record readiness, complete memory, actual occupancy, and a fixed host.
The worst-path error bound is useful when adaptive branches are mutually exclusive: it avoids charging all unused branches as if they executed together. Its force still depends on complete node comparisons and matched memory interfaces.
The package can serve as a finite operational layer for later supplied tasks. Its usefulness is that the interface refuses unsupported promotions: a later author must provide an acquisition channel, an interacting product, a physical time model, or a geometric identification separately.
