The derivation $s_0$ satisfies ${s_0}^2=0$ on the polynomial jet algebra and on finite products of compactly smeared local polynomial functionals.

Proof. Its square vanishes on every field generator. The square of an odd derivation is an even derivation, so vanishing on the generators proves the assertion.
