Remark: Support restrictions must be tangent

The unrestricted smooth-germ domain avoids a support mismatch in $s\bar{c}=b$. If compact support is imposed on $\bar{c}$, the same support requirement must be imposed on $b$. A compact-antighost condition with unrestricted $b$ does not define an $s$-stable configuration domain.
