Hidden correlated memory cannot be priced by a carrier-only one-step marginal. It must be included in the actual step interface. A trace-distance bound for one tested input is not a diamond-norm bound.
The same budget bounds retained event probabilities and record TV distance. It does not validate a false supplied enclosure, certify an unretained arrival flag, or provide a finite-sample confidence theorem.
