For $ξ \in g_{U}$ ,

\int ξ^{ν} [- N_{ν} (e) + κ E_{ϕ} \partial_{ν} ϕ] d^{4} x = 0.

This is the contraction of (eq:noether) and the infinitesimal form of X-A's Route II. It is not a new covariance theorem for the ramp observable.
