Release criteria and the inherited prerequisite sheet

The three endings remain:

1. Constructed: the weighting and density representative are fixed, their actual source and Noether identity are proved, and the jet question has a named verdict.

2. Proved obstructed: an explicit incompatibility is proved for the chosen specification or for the named input family.

3. Unresolved: a necessary definition or calculation is absent.

The action freeze and the solution-fiber verdict are reported separately. A constructed action need not have a solution for every prescribed scalar input.
