All first and second ramp derivatives

The correction is quadratic in $\gamma$ and its derivatives. It vanishes outside the closed layer $0\le t\le \epsilon$ and is smooth and flat at its endpoints. Its nonzero values occur inside the open layer; its closed support need not avoid the endpoints. There is no hypersurface distribution.
