XII-B's weighting audit is not reopened. No X-track normalization or response identification is imported. The predecessor statements are kept separate from the new response, root, and cone calculations.
The analytic input consists of smooth wave Cauchy theory and finite propagation BGP, together with the distributional product and proper-pushforward calculus Hormander. The functional and ordering framework is comparison background only FR; XII-A's established maps are used without reconstructing its carrier.
