This is the substance of XII-F's release box: a conditional cancellation, a counterexample to unqualified invariance, and a separately unresolved completion. We do not repeat its dependence cylinder calculation.

The added term has no metric argument. Neither $O$ nor $Φ^{(2)}_{D}$ has an independent $b, c, c ˉ$ argument XIIE,XIIF.
