Definition: Microlocally admissible open set

For an inventory graph $\Gamma$, let ${\mathcal{U}}_{\Gamma }$ be the open set of configurations on which the product of its specified line distributions satisfies the Hörmander sum condition: no selection of line wavefront covectors, allowing zero for unused factors, has zero sum at every graph vertex unless all selections are zero.
