C6: properness and the unproved output estimate

The hypothesis is not proved by assigning balanced covectors separately to each line. It requires a complete defined composition and an extension wavefront theorem. Extensions can introduce conormal covectors on collision loci, and their compositions with spectators must still be checked. The microlocal extension literature makes this additional wavefront obligation explicit Dang.

In the present release, neither the joint C4 construction nor that C6 estimate is complete. We therefore do not write ${R_1}^{(1)}$ as an admitted output.

Classical evaluation on ${\mathcal{C}}_W$ remains subsequent to admission. The tree zero subclasses $\{\gamma =b=0\}$ and $\{\varphi =0\}$ do not imply corresponding zeros for a degree-two symbol. The sourced directions $r_g$ and $p_1$ are not used to differentiate the restriction identity.
