D1: the frozen correction class

The auxiliary component is allowed only to make the multiplet rule well defined and to test equation preservation. Since $\mathcal{O}$ and the proposed $F$ have only metric and scalar arguments, it does not independently change those functionals.

The class is nonempty as a structural class: the zero rule and zero functional satisfy its bounds and define a representation. They do not satisfy the nonzero cancellation target.
