Analytic inputs

The new arguments use the distribution product criterion, submersion pullback, differential-operator wavefront bounds, and proper pushforward. Their microlocal continuity formulation is the one recalled in BF (Section 2) and developed in Hormander (Section 8.2).

Point extension and extension across a submanifold are distinct. Scaling and wavefront conditions for the latter are described in BF (Sections 5–6) and Dang. No existence theorem for local entries is imported as an existence theorem for the present nonlocal pair.
