Accordingly, “wavefront contained in the named conormal” must not be used to erase the inherited off-characteristic line singularities or observable diagonal singularities.

A minimal-extension target may have the form

but its validity requires additional microlocal hypotheses. In particular, the conormal landing condition is a hypothesis, not an automatic consequence of finite scaling degree Dang (Sections 5–7).

In the common-variable description, pre-existing observable diagonals such as are also retained. They are not interaction collision counterterms and are not removed by calling the new characteristic locus .

No such wavefront theorem is proved for (eq:retainedfull).
