4. No complete cancellation theorem, nonzero full symbol section, or characteristic prescription is constructed.

5. No incompatibility excluding every possible prescription under the unchanged contract is proved.

The exact ending is Unresolved at D2, within J2. No ${R_1}^{(1)}$ or Ward defect is released.
