XIII-E's family can be continued only as that named attempt. To advance it on the present germ, one would need a new convergence theorem on tests meeting the characteristic set, with the complete branch sum and uniform wavefront estimates retained.
Finite-regulator admission, convergence on canonical subdomains, and independence of auxiliary compact localization do not give that theorem XIIIE. None is claimed here.
No cutoff removing the characteristic stratum and no restoring limit is introduced as an alternative proof.
