Successor package

A successor receives:

1. the unchanged XIV-E package and grouped target;

2. the selected route and the precise correction to its excess-two wording;

3. the regular manifold $S_6$ and exact formula $q_R=\alpha \delta |{\mathbf{n}}_1-{\mathbf{n}}_2{|}^2$ on it;

4. the non-clean intrinsic conormal matching theorem;

5. the rank-two tangent-defect bundle and its quadratic form;

6. the rank-fourteen projection and one-dimensional frequency fibers;

7. the persistence of the tangent discrepancy under smooth frequency reparameterization;

8. the exact F2 stop, with no symbol or prescription released.

A genuinely different paired or resolved construction must state its new representation and prove its own matching, amplitude, and mapping theorems. It cannot be obtained by calling the tangent defect an excess.

The two other routes remain unentered. The successor receives no failure-of-cancellation theorem and no permission to infer one from $Q\lambda$. It receives no ${R_1}^{(1)}$.
