On a conic chart where the outer cone frequency and the internal diagonal frequency are nonzero and comparable, and where

each placement has an ordinary conormal representation of upper order .

Its amplitude is obtained from the finite differential formula (eq:K5), the outer delta amplitude, and the internal classical multiplier , together with their lower terms.

Proof. The internal multiplier has order on the stated noncharacteristic chart. The complete kernel differentiates its two elementary factors at most four times, giving total normal amplitude order at most two.

The regular diagonal-plus-outer-cone submanifold has codimension five in dimension sixteen. Thus

The separation from ensures that the multiplier and its differentiated coefficients are classical symbols on this chart. The finite kernel formula retains their lower differential terms.
