XIV-J releases no admitted $R_{1}^{(1)}$ and does not open XV-B.

Proof. The full joint map is Unresolved at J2. The joint section, remaining extension obligations, and output theorem have consequently not been constructed for the required coefficient.

Their absence prevents the stated admission conclusion. The exit contract for XV-B requires precisely that conclusion, not one of the partial reference results.
