Partial contacts and singular spectators

No joint contact gluing is performed. A later theorem must define each spectator composition, retain the inherited subgraph normalizations, and prove agreement on overlaps.

The frozen bound on permitted collision derivatives does not supply those compositions. No contact is chosen after the present calculation.
