The quantum audit would require, at minimum, a gauge-fixed covariance, a state or suitable parametrix, an admissible counterterm class, controlled quantum remainders, and the retained-order quantum gauge identity. The supplied Em02-E audit lists these as missing constructions CheungEm02E. Classical smoothness and covariance do not supply the distributional product and extension data required for such a calculation; see the general distinction in BF.

The finite measurement characterization of Cheung's Enter calculus CheungEnter is a separate operational result. A prescribed register update is not, by itself, a field-theoretic measurement instrument. No measurement theorem is used to construct a clock or a lapse here.

The following documentary boundaries are unchanged:

\begin{gathered}
 \text{VI quantum certificate: RG-open},\\
 \text{Em02-E quantum gauge identity: not verified here},\\
 \texttt{\detokenize{O.1 = NOT_CLOSED}},\\
 \text{XV-B downstream quantum-admission exit: not opened},\\
 \text{XVI-N and Route B: not discharged}.
 \end{gathered}

These are source-status boundaries, not new universal nonexistence theorems.

No inherited characteristic quantum coefficient is admitted. No Einstein dynamics, de Sitter state, physical invariant speed, spacetime emergence, or evolution without an external time is derived.
