The witness below is spatially homogeneous and noncompact. It does not belong to the spatially compact metric subclass originally printed in XIX-A. We consequently evaluate VI's smooth coordinate prescription directly and independently construct its no-decay solution. Lemma lem:A alone is not used to extend the old XIX-A domain.
