The supplied XIV-H, XIV-I, and XIV-J records describe different gate-specific accomplishments and stops: an H2 amplitude gap in XIV-H, an internal I2 amplitude construction with an I3 joint-map gap in XIV-I, and a supported-sector reference with the full map unresolved at J2 in XIV-J CheungXIVH,CheungXIVI,CheungXIVJ.

Their historical or sheet-specific gate labels are not assertions that later partial constructions never occurred. Conversely, advancing an internal amplitude gate does not supply the full joint characteristic map. This paper neither reaudits nor advances that analytic chain.

XV-B, version 2, exists as a technical manuscript of descent, relative lifting, and extension interfaces CheungXVB. Saying that the inherited downstream quantum-admission exit remains closed does not deny the existence of that manuscript. It means that the separate complete coefficient and its required admission have not been supplied by the present finite-register analysis.

Em02-E's later quantum audit still requires a gauge-fixed covariance, a state or suitable parametrix, an admissible counterterm class, controlled remainders, and a retained-order quantum gauge identity CheungEm02E. Those are not consequences of matching or of the finite-channel adjoint calculation.
