The supplied VI record distinguishes classical second-order descent from its uncompleted quantum finite-renormalization certificate CheungVI. The missing native constructions include:

  1. an interacting BRST/BV or other explicitly equivalent gauge prescription on the declared observable domain;

  2. renormalized products containing the actual coordinate and scalar-response kernels;

  3. complete action, composite, boundary, and switch counterterm classes at the selected quantum order;

  4. their defined images in the observable's complete defect space;

  5. a specified state or radiative response and an evaluated quantum coefficient;

  6. the complete target vector and response matrix for any claimed finite radiative certificate;

  7. an actual rank, fit, separator, or gauge-repair conclusion.

No such native response matrix or radiative calculation is supplied by this paper. Proposition prop:repair is only the criterion that would apply after those objects had been constructed.

The classical compact-switch defect concerns a specified switched assignment on unchanged free inputs. It is not a proof that the unswitched coordinate Cauchy problem is obstructed. The direct prepared-coordinate mismatch of XIX-B is another classical comparison, not a loop anomaly XIXB. Neither closes the RG-open certificate. If a retained classical coefficient is nonzero, Lemma lem:formal states why a positive- correction cannot erase it while that classical prescription is held fixed.
