The supplied Q11 reading record makes a specific report CheungXVIQ (:o1). Its scope is:

  1. one loop and order ;

  2. the bulk two-point sector of ;

  3. zero mass and gauge fermion held fixed;

  4. QdS external-leg conventions;

  5. XVI-P's prescription, with the enlarged evanescent counterterm domain, not XVI-O's prescription.

The reported counts must not be conflated:

The supplied report states cancellation of those 23 rows and full consistency on the bulk 11 directions. Twenty-three is a row count, not the dimension of the counterterm domain.

Q02 is reported to have confirmed the scoped closure through a rebuild; Q03 records 1_closure_confirmed. The same-computer qualification remains. D01 and D03 were not rederived from fully independent Feynman rules in those reviews; the source reports cross-checks through the defect, and later agreement of Q05 rules with the stated two-point poles. The author rebuild and pinned package gates are not an independent full derivation or a series-wide certificate.

We neither rerun nor authenticate those calculations. The documentary conclusion retained here is

It is not a VI or lapse certificate, bulk BV restoration, an insertion completion, a higher-loop theorem, or ultraviolet completeness.

The supplied Q11 reading also distinguishes the partial three-point analysis: 43 of 104 directions remain unclassified, no direction is certified physical, and the evanescent operator identification and consistency questions are still open CheungXVIQ (:p6,:classification). This inventory does not reopen or resolve that calculation.

QdS is an external-leg scheme, not a selected de Sitter state, not , and not horizon entropy CheungXVIQ (:qds). The Q11 prescription does not update XVI-O's different prescription or its separately recorded status CheungXVIO,CheungXVIP. Outside the specified Q11 scope, .1 = NOT_CLOSED remains the standing source record.
