The principal results are:

  1. the exact affine relative-lifting criterion (Theorem thm:lifting);

  2. the contact-support obstruction (Theorem thm:contact);

  3. the complete null criterion for a specified finite normal-jet module (Theorem thm:jetnull);

  4. the supported coefficient-extension equivalence and complete unrestricted supported ambiguity (Theorem thm:jetextension);

  5. the local uniform finite-order criterion for extension across a general relatively closed set (Theorem thm:closedextension);

  6. the finite-jet localization of natural null defects and the simultaneous point-puncture correction (Lemma lem:jetdefect and Theorem thm:pointcorrection).

The normal-jet module is explicitly defined. It is not identified with the inherited physical presentation space. Likewise, unrestricted supported ambiguities are not identified with the frozen partial-diagonal correction class.
