For the inherited full six-branch instance, the ending remains Unresolved at B1, continuing the supplied I3/J2 boundary. No graph-specific preliminary lift or permitted cancellation of its null defect has been constructed. No nonzero obstruction has been evaluated in a family proved exhaustive for the frozen graph. Therefore this ending is neither a constructed full map nor a universal obstruction.

A successor must construct the complete characteristic contraction directly, supply an admissible lift and correction solving (eq:cancellation), or prove a nonzero obstruction in an exhaustive permitted class. An extension of the supported coefficients alone, or a result for one placement or one branch, does not complete that task.

The subsequent section, remainder, transverse, contact, output, and normalization obligations must concern the same complete coefficient. Descent alone is not quantum admission.

{{0.91} XV-B proves the relative-lifting, contact-support, finite normal-jet, closed-set extension, and stated local annihilator-correction interfaces. It preserves the full six-branch target. The inherited characteristic map remains unconstructed in this revision; no quantum coefficient is admitted and no downstream quantum Ward claim is opened. }
