Patch I status and its domain refusal

The canonical proposition of XIV-I is reproduced in Section sec:domain. Its refusal of the complement equation is retained there as a single displayed refusal. It is not reopened as a search problem.

Patch I closes the documentary absence of the local generators, coefficient class, reconstruction rule, and coefficient seminorms. It also removes the artificial uncertainty about local coefficientwise linearity. It does not complete the global presentation domain or classify the full graph reconstruction kernel.

P3 therefore passes for the actual transcribed local amplitude module. A pass for that module is not a pass for every presentation of the six-entry graph.
