The reconstruction-fixed ambiguity in the punctured normal-jet module

Everything in this section concerns the finite normal-jet module with punctured reconstruction of XV-D and XV-E XVD,XVE. It is not identified with ${\mathcal{P}}_{\mathrm{int}}$ or with ${\mathcal{A}}^m(V)$; in particular the symbol $q$ below is a normal variable in a model, not the chart function $q_{\pm }$.
